about me

I'm a writer, editor, and communications professional with a long-standing commitment to non-profit work. My favorite projects combine persuasive writing with engaging images. My career has also included selecting PR photos for reality TV shows, teaching college freshmen how to write, and arguing the finer points of punctuation. 

I have an MA in English literature from the University of Rochester and a BA in the same from Skidmore College. 

Outside of work, I enjoy sustainable gardening, birding, and reading. I work remotely from Central Massachusetts.
